If God’s love for us made Him come down from His Heavenly majesty when we were weak, sinful, and unadmirable. What can He not do for us if we walk with Him? I mean, just think about it before giving up on Him and giving in to the enemy.
Paul the apostle says in Romans 8:38-39:
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.“
Even at those times when we are aware that we have fallen short, made a mistake, or done many things wrong, He is there, loving us. Once we put our faith in Jesus, nothing we do will ever be able to change the fact that He is always there for us, no matter how bad we condemn ourselves or sever relationships with others around us. God’s love for you is characterized by compassion and acceptance. He will be on our side for all Eternity, and He loves just as you are.
While the idea of eternity might be difficult to grasp, God’s promise to us in Hebrews 13:5 —“I will never leave you nor forsake you”—is like a warm embrace from a best friend.
Therefore, no matter the challenges, never let go of God. Instead, fix your eyes on Him, and He will give you reasons to celebrate at the time you’ll like it.
